This was the biggest project I had ever done. 3 birthday cakes @ 30x30 cm, plus 1 Triple choco cheese cake 28 cm diameter. This was ordered via email by my Supervisor. He was on vacation on phillipines. 2 days after coming back from my idul fitri vacation he asked wether I could bake him cakes for his birthday...and bring it to office on next two days when he was coming back to work..... To be cont'd... :-)
